Visa
Apply to: https://visas.immigration.go.ug/#/apply for Ugandan Visa. Some countries are exempt, check the list here below; https://immigration.go.ug/service /visa-exempt-countries
Visa Fees:
$50 for ordinary passport holders.
Free for official/service or diplomatic passport holders.
Requirements:
- Valid passport (minimum 6 months).
- Yellow fever certificate.
- Return ticket.
- Invitation letter for the championship with your name.
- Passport-size photo white background.
Delegations needing visas should apply 4 weeks before travel.The Organizing committee’s protocol team shall assist all those that shall need help using the official OC email through the respective head of delegations.
Accommodation Imperial Botanical Hotel; shared rooms of 2 people for athletes. All the necessary information about the hotel is provided here
Dining facilities.All meals will be served at the dedicated Dinning hall. (Buffet) Meal times:

Transportation
Transportation from airport to accommodation will be arranged by the Local Oganising Committee. ✈️ Pick up at Entebbe International Airport (the main airport).
